Mucho Burrito
Cross contamination of new product being added to the line, burritos half made being brought into the back for unknown reasons before coming back out front. Steak that is so undercooked that my burrito was leaking blood. I work in the mall and used to love coming here, but something has changed and the team there just doesn't care anymore. Avoid my pain and food poisoning, get mucho burrito anywhere but here

A Disappointing Visit to Mucho Burrito - Struggles with ConsistencMy love for Mucho Burrito has always been anchored in their delicious, fresh, and high-quality offerings. However, my most recent visit to this particular branch was, unfortunately, a far cry from the expectations set by other outlets of this well-regarded chain.To begin with, the quality of the food was noticeably subpar. The burritos, usually stuffed with vibrant, fresh ingredients, felt uninspired and lackluster. The once juicy, flavorful meat was dry and lacked the depth of flavor I've come to associate with Mucho Burrito. The beans seemed undercooked, imparting a hard texture that made for an unpleasant dining experience.The rice, a seemingly simple but crucial component of any burrito, was also disappointing. It was clumpy and overcooked, a stark contrast to the fluffy and perfectly seasoned rice I've enjoyed at other Mucho Burrito locations.Additionally, the quality and freshness of the vegetables left much to be desired. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes lacked their typical juiciness, and the guacamole had an off-putting brownish tint indicative of oxidation, all of which contributed to an overall lack of freshness.As a food lover, I understand that every restaurant can have an off day. However, given the wide disparity between the food quality at this branch and my experiences at other Mucho Burrito outlets, I felt compelled to voice my concerns.The saving grace of my visit was the staff. Despite my dissatisfaction with the food, they were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to make my dining experience a positive one.In conclusion, Mucho Burrito at this location needs to refocus on their commitment to quality and freshness to keep up with the standards set by their other outlets. I will be hesitant to revisit this particular branch unless I see some commitment to improvement in their food quality. I sincerely hope that this was an anomaly and that my next visit, whether here or at another branch, will restore my faith in Mucho Burrito's dedication to high-quality, fresh, and delicious offerings.

There are way better Mucho Burrito locations in Calgary. I love to go to Mucho Burrito, but not this location.The portions here are smaller than other locations. I ordered the Mucho sized Carne Asada and found it to be considerably lighter and smaller than when I get the same ingredients elsewhere.I figured that the purpose of a fran hise was to ensure standardization.Even though therr weren't many customers it sure felt like there was a lack of desire on the part of the staff to interact with customers and to listen closely.There are many franchises in this food court to choose from. I think this Mucho Burrito is going to struggle if it isn't already.

Why are you accepting your rewards card but it not being available?No email address provided by staff to make a complaint, no phone number nothing.Terrible customer serviceUpdate - they provide you an email to reach out to and don't respond. Just goes to show the level of customer service this ownership group represents.

Im shocked to see the bad reviews as my visit was excellent. I absolutely loved having lunch at this mucho burrito!What really did it for me was the lemon in the guacamole! Yes please. That’s how guacamole should taste.

This is by far the worse mucho burrito I have been to. I ordered the biggest burrito and the toppings and stuff looked very messy also when I bit into my burrito I had a gelatnious sensation in my mouth. I don't think I can eat mucho burrito for awhile and if so not the pork anymore.

Burrito had no flavour, the chicken was dry and the veggies were old. I’ve been to other locations and it’s been very good. I’ll never come back to this location.

I wish I could give this a negative 1 review. I ordered, brought my wrap home and it is full of hair. The hair is baked into the wrap. So disappointing for a $15 wrap that was inedible. Will never come back and support this location.Edit to add that the owner commented on this post sharing their email but has not responded to my email. This issue has not been rectified.

Ordered a simple veggie burrito to go. It ended up leaking through the bag everywhere and was barely wrapped together.
