Had a custom belt made for my husband for his birthday. David was incredibly helpful and kind, guiding me through my options and giving suggestions when I was unsure. He followed up with me because I’m forgetful and the turn around time was super quick. Overall, 10/10 experience; I would 100% recommend anyone there and visit again!

David & Jenny helped me create my first ever pair of service boots, made just for me. Yes it is far more than I've ever paid for any foot wear, but my off sized feet with special needs are loving every minute they're surrounded by David & Jenny's craftsmanship and care. Such amazing folks and I wish I would have done this many years ago.

Beautiful leather boots made locally.I had some fit issues as I have problems with my left foot. I took my Chelsea boots back and David modified them for me and they fit wonderfully now. Great service. Will definitely save up for another pair!

Awesome experience, These are not off the rack boots, they are built by hand for just for you right at the store. I was unsure what boots I wanted and they took the time to discuss all the styles and my very difficult foot issues. They traced my feet and measured them in multiple spots so they can build the boots specific to me and my usage. They helped me choose the style & each component to allow me to create a unique boot that is custom fitted just to me. Be patient as these hand crafted boots take 8-10 weeks to create. Very excited to try my new boots. Will let you know how they are but the experience was exceptional so far.

Great service and quality! Bespoke boots that rival the quality of Viberg, Nick’s , Dayton, Red Wing, etc. Purchased Service Boots and couldn’t be happier. Zero break in period (as they are custom made).

I bought a pair of black leather Chelsea boots from David and Jennifer, and I absolutely love them. The attention and care to detail and perfection using the best materials really set this pair of boots compared to any other pair I've seen/had (especially against the mass produced ones). If you want to invest into something that actually has longevity to have a sturdy construction and also be timeless, then come see David and see his passion in making beautiful boots/shoes.

Davoud at HD Russell Boots custom made these beautiful wingtip oxfords for me and I love them. Super solid, super comfortable for walking, and excellent weight, quality, and craftsmanship.
