My mom was living here and I found the staff to be terrible on many levels. The new manager that came there actually lied and basically cheated her out of a small amount of money. One time, when she was in the hospital and Cottonwoods for an extended period of time, mysteriously her portable DVD player and movie went missing. They had to replace these items. While she was away, not once did they go in and clean the suite so when she was forced to move out, they actually charged extra for cleaning, which we were ripped off for anyways because I personally approved a specific amount to be deducted from her deposit which didn't happen. The gentlemen actually made an ignorant comment about she hadn't cleaned her suite for some time"!!! Are you kidding me???? He was extremely rude and that isn't acceptable. I would never

An amazing assisted living facility with fantastic and caring staff. Non profit which is a welcome change from government run facilities .Highly recommend.

Very disgusted with the apathy and uncaring attitude of the staff . I would never let any of my loved ones stay here . I personally met a number of very mean spirited, hard hearted employees and managers that showed a very ugly side to their personalities . If you care at all about your loved ones freedom and dignity ,do not ever place them in this callous facility ! Another classic example of a badly run cold , braindead ,robotic govt run institution where the employees should check themselves in as the patients needing psychological help !
