After Eight and their service team brought my tile and grout back to life while repairing some tiles as well as water damaged hardwood floors.I was very happy with the results!!They also installed new hardwood in my den, I am so happy with the color match and install!Thank you After Eight and Team!!

Extremely happy with After Eight. I would recommend them to anyone else.Just finished developing our basement and we are very happy with the final result. Both the tiler and carpet installer were easy to deal with and their work speaks for itself.Kathi was great and kept us informed through the whole process. We installed under carpet heat which made it a little harder to coordinate but everything came together nicely.

This review is strictly for their hardwood refinishing services.We had a water damage insurance claim, and the restoration company used after eight for refinishing our hardwood. They definitely over-promised and under-delivered on their ability to blend new wood into our existing floor. No effort was made to find wood with a similar grain (it can clearly never be perfect, but this wasn't even close). I didn't worry too much about the grain because overall they seemed to have done an awesome job. Within three weeks there was really bad gaps opening up in all the new wood they had laid down. After eight sent someone out to look. I was told this is normal (even though it was almost entirely happening on the new one, not the existing wood). Was told I was going to get some sort of report of their findings, and then we could discuss any kind of warranty work that was needed.I never heard back. I never saw any report of their findings.Summary: They blended presumably low quality wood with my existing hardwood, claimed the ugly & noticeable gaps were normal, and then I never heard back.

I would highly recommend After Eight. They were very professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. Dwayne was not only a great installer but was very pleasant and shared some tips and tricks with my wife on how to maintain our carpet. Thanks

Amazing people ! They always take care of people first and then money ! In today's world it's very hard to find such team of people who would take time to understand customer side of the story. Ruth is efficient in following up on my concerns with my problem and found ways to solve it and she did schedule an appointment for service. I got a call from Dwayne and informed his concerns that has to do something unavoidable. He still came said time and did a wonderful job. It was a great and experience. Your company is blessed to have these two professional individuals. My thanks to them and I will recommend this company for future reference.

AfterEight did a great job refinishing our engineered hardwood floors recently. Preparing the floor and applying a coat of Bona Traffic HD, which gave it a look very similar to when it was installed ~ 15 years ago. We have had AfterEight do carpeting work over the years as well. Each time the quote was competitive and we were very happy with the results.

We were ignored when we arrived in showroom! Then eventually someone helped us but was really not helpful or interested, in fact disappeared we had to find them again!! Arrange a quote.That happened two weeks ago have heard nothing since!! Really shabby! Plenty off other flooring specialist out there.Give this place a no go don’t deserve your business,.
