Nice guy during our first purchase but some of his methods are bit outdated in a bit expensive like we had to go in and sign all the documents by hand instead of doing something like one sign which obviously cost more money and printing in time and stuff so it was over quoted and we ended up spending more

Terrible Service! At first issue appeared when the house was purchased in the winter and wasn’t mentioned that half of the driveway wasn’t paved, Clinton didn’t bother to fight for misleading info. Second city of Barrie never received purchase and property transfer documents! Property tax office had to call and confirm! Also water bill from previous owner was never payed and city was sending letters to our name with outstanding balance. At this point property taxes are 9 months behind!!!! Will never recommend this office to anyone! Also payed more then quoted on purchase and sale!!! Get someone else.

Used this law firm during the purchase of our first home. I had to follow up several times and was not told when they didn't recieve attachments/ documents until it was an emergency. We are also waiting on our closing package which will be going on a month since closing next week which was only sent out yesterday. If you aren't in a pinch and closing quickly perhaps go elsewhere.
