Willowbrae Childcare Academy Victoria

Excellent daycare. Providers truly care for the children. The centre provides all food (huge win) so you don't have to waste time planning and preparing lunches/snacks. The centre is also highly secure, providing finger print access for drop off/pickup and they grant you access to peak in on your little one throughout the day. I know this gives me huge peace of mind as each time I look in my little guy is enjoying himself. Daily activities are planned for the children, which I love as I would never be able to think up half the things they do with the kids. Overall I am very happy about my decision to bring my son to Willowbrae!

Both my children attend Willowbrae Academy and I’ve had nothing but exceptional care for both. The teachers genuinely care for the children and demonstrate that every pickup with a short little debrief on their day. When we walk through the halls teachers that aren’t even in my child’s class great then by name which really gives the sense that it’s a community where each child is valued and known. The rooftop play area is super safe and I’m comforted that there is absolutely no public access. The security at the school is great with finger print access and the teachers won’t release your child to anyone else unless you’ve given instruction and they have ID. Not having to pack a lunch and snacks…priceless. The hours are fantastic. I can’t say enough, Willowbrae is great and I’m so thankful my kids go there.

Our daughter has been at Willowbrae for a couple years now, and we couldn't be happier with the team. They have an excellent group of teachers, and its been wonderful to see her develop under their care. Its also amazing that they provide her lunch and two snacks a day, saving us a lot of time!

We’re so grateful to have a spot at Willowbrae. Our daughter loves going there, and I love receiving the art projects she regularly comes home with. They have a great online system, where parents can watch their child in the classroom and receive an email update at the end of the day, with info about what their child has eaten, how long they’ve slept and what they did during the day. The teachers are friendly and communicative. I’ve recommended Willowbrae to a number of my friends.

My daughter has attended Willowbrae Academy for over a year now and she loves it. The educators really care for the children, all the food is provided, and the hours are flexible. The curriculum is great and my daughter really likes the structured format of the day with lots of formal learning opportunities and also open play time. I also like the ability to check in with the “liveview” camera. This was great at the beginning to see how quickly my daughter adjusted to getting dropped off. Would highly recommend!

My daughter went to daycare at Willowbrae Victoria from 12 months to 4.5 years old and loved it. The teachers are great with the kids and really encourage their individual abilities as well as their group/social development. The snacks and lunches are healthy and saves time making lunches daily. I also appreciated the daily report cards detailing the child's day.

This is an excellent daycare. I would recommend it to anyone with little kids especially if they work downtown. There's structure to each day and a good routine. They have a ton of stuff to keep the kids engaged all day and I noticed a giant leap forward in our kids' development even on a daily basis. The caregivers are excellent and really care about the kids. Security is tight which gives me peace of mind and they have cameras set up so parents can see what their little one is up to. They also have a sweet roof top play area. Our kids love Willowbrae!

We are so grateful to have our toddler at Willowbrae and looking forward to our baby to join next spring. The teachers and Director are like family and our son is always so excited to go to ‘school’. We are continuously impressed by the activities they do and the new things he learns every day. The hours are flexible and the food served is nutritious. We would be lost without our Willowbrae family!

Can't say enough great things after three years with our son at Willowbrae. He just graduated into kindergarten and we are on the wait list with our #2. Very organized system and caring staff, with professional management. A few highlights: 1) food provided, 2) excellent hours to accommodate working professionals, 3) professional orientation guide and onboarding, mobile app and online portal with daily updates, 4) video camera of main play areas for parents who want peace of mind that the caregiving is good, 5) consistently amazing staff! A special bonus was the graduation, attended by staff, management and the owner who was very friendly with a beautiful young family. The work they do at Willowbrae is so important. To the team, thank-you so much for caring for our son. The work you do each and every day is so important, and you are really, really good at it. Keep up the amazing work!! :)
