Pharmacy is the worst. When staff finally noticed me after I raised my voice to ask if i could ask a question (I know it's hard to see someone wearing fluorescent orange, when there's no other customers in the pharmacy area..), I politely asked if they had any kids tylenol or advil for fever, that wasn't nighttime meds for older kids. The female-presenting pharmacist told me that what they had was out on the shelf. I let her know the website had said there was a kids product that was only available in-store, so maybe they had it behind the counter, because of the shortage? Nope, just what's out. We'll, imagine my surprise when I see the big sign in the baby department that says to ask the pharmacy for kids acetaminophen and ibuprofen products because they will MAKE YOU A SUSPENSION LIQUID. Thank heavens, right? Well, when I brought the sign to the pharmacist, she told me that she didn't know what I was talking about, that she thought I meant something else, that I had asked for something else, despite me repeating the question do you have any kids tylenol or advil products for fever that are not just night time?" She finally said yes

Jun2023 update:Returned multiple times. First choice of 1 hour film developing in town. They can keep their film developing service fast and professional. Keep going!!Fast and professional service in film developing and scanning . Recommended place for film processing if you still taking film photography as a hobby.

Generally I have had ok experiences at this store. However, I was in a few days ago and the woman in front of me in line at the cash decided not to purchase her item. Then after I paid for my items I noticed I was charged for the item the woman before me didn’t buy. Not a big deal. But it couldn’t be fixed at the til - I had to go to customer service and wait in line for 20 minutes to be refunded for something that wasn’t my mistake, all while I had my baby with me who needed to go home to get changed and fed. After I was reimbursed I was putting my receipts away and the employee said “it’s time to go!” - I don’t know if she meant it as a joke or what, but seriously? Really disappointing customer service.

My review is for the pharmacy! This pharmacy is absolutely incredible and thoughtful. On multiple occasions, I’ve had pharmacists suggest alternate prescriptions that are safer or better! I always feel that when I come here this team will look into all possible potential problems, side effects, contraindications, etc. I would like to give a special shoutout to pharmacist Andrew Jansen as he has always gone above and beyond for me! Also, there was a pharmacist named Alfred (I believe) who found a possible problem with a medication I was prescribed and I felt so grateful for that! Thank you so much team!

I shop here often. In store and online through the photo lab. They allways have a great clearance section, will stocked, and friendly staff.Today I was really grateful. I ordered online through the photo lab like I always do, after I submitted my order I noticed I made a few mistakes on my flyer, I fixed it then re ordered .I received a call from the photo lab saying they noticed I ordered the same thing twice and asked if I would like to cancel the first order. Not only that she also noticed a spelling mistake and fixed it for me .I thought this was really above and beyond.Thanks again Jackie!!!

Update: I love shopping here and finding items I can get anywhere else, ie. Roundtree Candy, Nora Tempura Seaweed Chips, and Fitbit Cassava Hot Chips.This is an awesome London Drugs. They have a wide selection of products and goods.I love shopping here as you never know what you can find. Better yet, you never know what they have on sale or clearance.I love the contrast of London Drugs compared to the big box stores. London Drugs carry some food items not found elsewhere. As well, they have a local support arm that brings in unique items such as their current collaboration with Orange Shirt Society.Great place to stop by no matter what you're looking for.

I had spent 60$ twice on a faulty aux cord. I had expressed how it had only lasted me a week and when I asked if I could get a replacement the man hung up on me for showing frustration. Was not willing to work with me at all on replacing this product. I spent 120$ at this store on a cord and they were willing to lose my service and treat me like it was no big deal so they have lost my service for life. Thank you to the MANAGER of the electrical department.

London Drugs is a very one-stop shop store. As you can see in the photos, they have a lot of different department including a pharmacy and post office. They currently offer a good rewards program that accumulates points as your spend. LD offers a huge variety of products so you can always find something you need and with the addition to staple dry goods this certainly helps. I found the store to be very cramped and getting help was difficult. While attempting to buy a very expensive $500 gift, the cashier asked me to come back in about 15 minutes after they served other customers. When I did, they were no longer there and in a different department with a line up of a dozen people. I left without ever getting the thing a came for.Upon checkout, one cashier was making it her mission to talk well beyond 10 minutes to each customer. Eventually all the line ended up moving to another cashier or self-checkout. Then another cashier at Customer Service was pretty harsh and had a bad attitude. She was more concerned that SKIP was calling then looking after the orders even though another lady was handling the call. She never offered a bag and basically pushed the purchases across the counter at us. No smile, no thank you, just stood there...staring at us. She also kept asking us to repeat what we said, so maybe her hijab was blocking her hearing? It didn't seem to bother the other chatty cashier though. Anyway, not impressed with the customer service.

Photo department is something to be desired. No help whatsoever. Seems like they have no drive or personal skills to help customers
