Brought my vehicle in to get a replacement for my rear window. They were quick to have me come in so they could wrap it in clear plastic and had it replaced within 2 days of me calling. They were super friendly and accommodating given my personal circumstances and also working through this pandemic. The prices were fair and affordable and they had it fixed in only a couple of hours, thank you Go Glass!

Replaced rear glass on a hatchback (shattered). Price was good and they were able to give me a ride to pickup my vehicle once it was done (job took about 1.5 hours) Had to go back a couple of times after the replacement because that glass gets everywhere once it shatters and it was settling inside the truck door. I could hear it rattling as I drove. Both times I called, they encouraged me to bring it in and the owner took some time to retrieve more glass (finally got it all, I hope!). Great service!

People are very nice, Fast service, but when my wife went to get our window replaced, the made her pay before the work was done & they overcharged her by $350(she didn't know how much the bill was supposed to be). They had no idea how to issue a refund, and had to give us a cheque for reimbursement. There was also a scratched exterior panel that was an obvious gouge in 2 spots from a tool that had slipped while cleaning the old adhesive. They claimed was from the broken glass. They buffed" the panel to remove the gouges
