I went in with a my own storage plan and came out with a even better one. Yong the store manager was very courteous, professional and honest. I explained my storage situation and game plan with him and he offered up a even better one. He definitely has his customers best interest in mind. Thank you!

Thanks to Mr. Yong Wang, store manager at Access Storage in Richmond Hill, for offering exceptional and super efficient customer service. I just fulfilled the third upgrade for my family's needs, and it went very smoothly. We will bw using Access Storage at Richmond Hill for as long as we would require a storage space in Richmond Hill.
