Brought fridge into my suite that got hauled out as fast as brought in cause there were bugs/roaches in a cracked crease. Ewe. Went without fridge, had to throw all our food away which is costly!!! Not happy. Then didn't arrive the day they were to be here. Still waiting. Pathetic

We were very disappointed. They replaced the hinges on our oven door, after the door sagged, there was a gap and the door would not stay open except in the broil position. He came back, looked at the door and said that was ok. It was not ok. We called another repairman, he straightend the door and the gap. The hinges were put in wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND update: had someone else put the right hinges on, but thank you for ruining my stove door, it does not line up now and looks terrible. DO NOT RECOMMMEND!!

Horrible service! The appliance was to be delivered between 5 and 6 pm. This was confirmed earlier in the day. At 6 pm I called and the delivery had not left the store. At 640 pm i called again as they had STILL not arrived. The person was completely unreasonable and suggested 'can i come later?' Horrible inconsiderate business practices. When you say you will be there before 6, keep your word.
