Never buy on this store. I bought a perfumw and they said its discounted and then i check the price later online its way cheaper half of what i paid so i came back and return but they said its a final sale. I got duped so learn from my experience.

Just confirmed from Azzaro head office that my wanted by night for men is indeed FAKE. It was 10$ cheaper than retail stores. Don’t make the mistake I just did . I will post fake batch code on there store photos

I agree with most of the reviews. Unfortunately, I bought before looking at Amazon. The price is more than double in this store and they are not allowing refund, only exchange. Avoid this store!!!

Yesterday I wanted to buy a perfume, a man attended me, very kind, he told me that it had a 40% discount, I agreed to buy, after that, when I got home I doubt I start to check the prices, but I realize He says that a perfume that they were selling me for 99 dollars plus tax was sold at Walmart for 21 dollars. Today I return to this store to return the perfume but I am pleasantly surprised that it cannot be returned. I just have to buy another perfume, OK. I agreed but I received terrible attention, as if it were something terrible to ask for another fragrance, a bad way to attend, he got angry because I didn't like any of them. I don't understand how such an important mall can't realize the lousy service, price fraud, without the consumer's right to complain, even more so getting angry for having returned a perfume that was a great scam. I do not recommend this store and I hope to raise this claim higher because it is not what Canada does with its citizens.

Buyer beware - was charged 138 for a $50 perfume. Warning to all shopper shop around first and know the price of what you are looking for before buying here. This place is a scam.

My housemate and I have recently visited this store, they have good collections but the prices were way too high.We were almost decided to buy one which was for 89$ but then checked online it was 29$. That sales lady has noticed that and said that’s the fake website. Moreover, we have decided not to buy.In the same week, we went to shopper drug mart and got the same perfume for 21$ and has seal ( not intended to sale at any other stores) that surprised us.Be aware before you shop something.

Totally scam. Be careful guys before you make final purchase since its exchange only within 14 days. Make sure you check the price first of an item while you there and compare with bigbox store or with the brand store or online if exist. Sales Associates are very smart in tricking you here so don't fall into their sales speech. They mark price really high and tell you they are giving you discount. Top of that One of the associate behavior is very rude, you can tell when you see other associates and she is there almost everyday, you will notice her attitude when responding or even when you try to return or do exchange. Bad experience and would ignore to make any future purchase and would not recommend to anyone.

Worst experience, too expensive, if your new and exploring some good brands they convince you to pick some poor brands which is way higher price, you can’t return or exchange if you open the cover of the perfume box.. None of the designer perfumes they have samples to show… be aware and cautious…

Massive scam artists. Bought a perfume on discount.... Found out its $60 bucks cheaper online. Don't waste your money!

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SALES PEOPLE.First they sold me a second make for $90+ upon calling and telling them how unsatisfied I was they asked me to take the fragrance back. When I showed the perfume to the sales girl, she had no idea what i was saying.. like i was speaking gibberish.She can’t do ANYTHING about what’s been sold.So, you were all little pushy with all kinds of things so I’d make a purchase yesterday. And today you don’t even remember?Worst place to shop. I don’t understand why such ignorant sales associates are hired?
