A very professional shop. Fast and efficient service trying to provide the best to their customers within the corporate limits. They seem to be patient with my questions and took their time to explain any details.I transferred my cell phone number to them from Virgin (Bell) since Videotron could provide a better offer. Also upgraded our internet from 60Mbps to 400Mbps.I think the Videotron Helix router looks nice - like an Apple product, the Helix Fi app works well and lets us turn off our teenage daughter's wifi at 11pm.All in all a very good experience. Thanks to Vince and his team.

I was really pleasantly surprised this weekend when I went looking to maybe upgrade my phone with something better and I decided to drop by this store to get some help.They provided me with he best customer service I ever experienced, asking the right questions, looking to match something similar to what I already had as far as plans go. The young man who helped me was extremely helpful, polite, honest and truly seemed to look out for their customers.Thank you,
