The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I tried really hard to be patient but there is absolutely NO professionalism or good will on their side.I was asking for a proper invoice for weeks and never received. I have no idea how they could make so easy issue that much complicated. They told me to ignore it and just pay the next one. But they only wanted to get the money and apply it to the wrong invoice and now keep bothering me to pay for already paid invoice again. And still didn't receive the first invoice!Stay away from them for your own good! The internet from them interrupts all the time anyway.

Very satisfied !!!Best value for money!I have tried a lot of providers such as the big ones who keep jacking up the prices after 1 or 2 years and smaller players but some were just too unreliable in terms of speed and outages. Altima has been delivering very consistently and was able to get my internet repaired twice as a construction next door severed my internet cable which was buried. Altima keep going :))

I’m surprised by all the one star reviews.I’ve been a customer for just about 2 years now and it’s been a good experience. Customer service has always been polite and professional, the price is decent for the services we use and while there have been a couple of interruptions, it’s been rare. We got tv’s and devices everyday between a family of 3. No issues. I know Altima doesn’t cover ALL territory, but Niagara Falls has been fine. I’d recommend the service.

Just got it a week ago and already a no show or call from Tech person on activation day. Stuck with no internet now :(Had to call in to find out they made an error of my area and I cant even get their service here in Quinte West so I'm suppose to be getting a refund but they send me more invoices asking for more money after I cancelled.Back to Xplore I go.

I rarely write reviews, but this has to be said; it's been 2 days now and my household has been without service. Tech support says it's an issue with the Rogers account, but this means very little to me as I sit and wait in the dark without any service. I haven't been with this company for long, but I've had to face several outages because of technical incompetence. I had my router unregistered from their service several times for no apparent reason and had to call back every single time to get this rectified. Now, I have had to adjust my days to be able to work as I depend on a solid internet service to work from home. Horrible. I will be protesting any deactivation fees when I cancel tomorrow morning.Edit/ Update: after four days without service and not being updated (unless I phoned in), I was finally able to get online after to speaking to it seems, the only technician willing to carefully review my case. My router details were incorrectly entered into their system, after Rogers had rectified whatever from their end. Four days! I have not been offered compensation for the days without service. I will still be leaving.

We needed some info from Altima and made a call which was quickly answered by a person and not a robot who then gave us the info we needed. Never with bell over many many years did we get this kind of service and at 1/2 the cost. Keep it up.

The customer service has been awful. Waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone for service. the technical support team people I encountered have absolutely no customer skills. I took a day waiting for a technician to show, no one showed up. As much as I dislike bell and Rogers, their customer service is far better. If someone is looking for a small company coextro was better. I regret having joined Altima.

Worst internet company ever.I should have trusted the reviews .I set up the service 3 week prior to activation date .On activation date tech never showed up and when I called they said installation has been postponed to next week what a joke Don t ever bother with this company it s a scam I canceled my service looks like they Don t have to department available will have to shase them for cancellation.
