I recently had an appointment with Dr. Taylor. She was very kind and understanding. She was able to pinpoint the issues I was facing. I felt at least 35-40% less pain after my first session! Definitely would recommend her!

I been seeing all types of therapists for my body lol after years of wear and tear rehab and restoration. Jo anna is by far the best i been to providing instant relief and always gives me the quickest way at recovery and rebuilding back to 100%. She helps me get back in the gym instantly so i never miss a beat. Although she doesn't look it shes a beast and legit surprises me how strong she is,as im a bigger guy i require a stronger touch. I appreciate being able to get that type of therapy here and i strongly recommend for anyone who takes health and recovery seriously especially if you are an athlete,make an appointment quick she will get you back on your feet and in the gym in heartbeat.

The best place I've been to in Ottawa. Katelyn is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I've ever worked with. She gives me stretches and exercises to do at home that are always on point.Richard is a remarkable massage therapist with a ton of knowledge and expertise. They have an amazing team approach to speed up any recovery or healing my body needs. On the flip side they are all about being proactive too.Every single staff I have come in contact with here has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and accomodating.See you soon.

Andrew is always ready and knows exactly how to deal with my situation as an athlete himself he understands the physical strain we put ourselves through and knows exactly how to help overcome the minor injuries through needling and mobility. I have seen many of the practitioners for a variety of things as well.

Great place for sport injuries. Have used the recovery Studio and been seen by Richard and Dr.Trenouth. Both have provided great service helped me recover/ return to sport.
