Terrible experience. Everything is all good until they have your money. Then good luck...Also their Regional sales manager, Nicole Rollin Lavoie, has some of the WORST customer service skills I have ever seen. The fact that she was chosen as a manager says much about the company.Une expérience terrible. Une fois qu'ils ont votre argent, tout leur service client et leur professionnalisme disparaissent.

Vile company. Marked my account as collections years ago even though it was not supposed to be and now refusing to help untangle the mess they made. Dealt with Sonia Fortin (supervisor) who was supposed to resolve the issue but didnt and now with Chantal Nadeau who is completely useless and hung up when asked for help. Absolute garbage of a company that has no point of existence.

Easy going experience, very professional, fast and efficient. I'm happy doing business with them and will continue at all costs. WORTH IT!!!

Very satisfied of Groupecho. I have been employed for almost 3 years and Groupecho has surpassed my expectations . Very easy going ambiance , flexibility and love working from home. Groupecho has always shown great attention to there employees. They show appreciation and always thank us for the work we do. When were in the office ( pre-covid ) every event there was always a nice lunch served to us, not to mention the fabulous Christmas parties free of charge . No other company I’ve worked for has ever shown that appreciation. Highly recommended!!

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH AT ALL COST!There are plenty of companies who offer this service at a much better price without having to deal with dishonest pricing/policy changes that you shouldn't have to stay on top of while also running your business.Look elsewhere and avoid like the plague!

Seriously folks... stay away... FAR AWAY!!!Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!Do not trust ANYTHING they say, they're dishonest, unprofessional and will leave you frustrated every single time.Google reviews will not post my review without giving it a star... they don't even deserve one star... How they are still in business boggles my mind!!

They stole our companies money. We had a balance with them that wasn’t supposed to expire. Out of no where, we were contacted saying their policy changed and we had 2 weeks to use our balance before it’s gone.After contacting them, they extended our date of expiry (which still shouldn’t be there in the first place, how does money expire?) By a couple months to October.Only a few weeks later, they changed their minds and said you have a week to use it, we no longer wish to offer your grace period until October.Seriously dishonest company. I DO NOT recommend. You will be frustrated, stolen from and then given the dance around when you call to get things sorted out.Do not deal with these people if you can avoid it.
