Off Road Addiction

I was more than satisfied when I got to pick up my truck from Off Road Addiction. I recently moved from Southern Ontario up north and the folks at the shop were more than accommodating to let me leave my Tacoma for a week at the shop. This shop knows what they're doing. They were totally professional, friendly and they perform quality work. On top of that, they made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish and knew exactly what type of offset I should get for the wheels, to accomodate the larger tires and lift I put on the truck. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and Off Road Addiction went above and beyond. I'm going to really enjoy this vehicle on the logging roads. Thanks so much!

Had work done here, and never again will I return. Not one to post bad reviews but this one deserves it. Paid $544.64 for 2 new u joints that were 61.98 in parts. And to correct to rear control arm bushings. Photos are of after. Clips in u joint loose and bushings corked. Then essentially got told that I did the damage! As a single father of 2 I work hard for my money.

We had an excellent experience with Offroad Addiction. Chad and Wes are great communicators. Tanner's attention to detail is evident. I appreciate things being done right the first time. The fact that we were able to get anything done at all during the Covid years is amazing. We took them a stock F-350 and they gave us back a monster that rides like a Cadillac. Well done folks! We highly recommend!

I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser upgraded with an ARB 3 inch HD lift , Icon UCA , and other suspension parts . Amazing company kept me informed on progress, and quickly resolved any issues , great communication, service and install from the team ,thank you Jesse , Wess and Chad .
