The absolute best customer service and staff I've ever had an experience with. They answered all my questions, and had everything in stock that I needed! I wish more places were this great!

You should probably better train your staff. If they need to ask if you are 25 or older, they should be ID’ing. It wasn’t until I said I was 20 that the staff member FINALLY ID’d me. For the record, I am 20 and bought my smokes with no issues. Just interested in making sure your staff are PROPERLY trained. Js

Discrimination is there, she set” I look like thief” an asked me to remove the hoodie, .. it happened 14 March 7 pm

Have been to this location, a few times now and have talked with a few staff members, they are all very polite and helpful. The new manager here is very nice and quite efficient. Kudos to your team. We will definitely be back.

This store is so great & convenient just like it should be! I seen some of the reviews here that people are upset about the IDing regardless what age you may look like, as someone who has worked in retail/customer service & working as a bartender, you cannot assume ANYONES age. And aside from just that, it is the law. Yes it takes a little bit extra time but I have gone in a couple times and see children who are underage but look as if they could pass for an adult (over 25) and get turned away because these employees ID everyone!! This store is doing it right!! But anyways, I love the selection/freshness of products and rarely ever an empty shelf and cleanliness always seems to be this store's top priority. And last but certainly not least, the employees are incredible, friendly and so very helpful with anything a customer may ask. 10/10 recommend! Management: great job with your employees! Keep up the great work ya’ll!!

At 12:30 pm on Feb. 5th, at the Pinebush and Franklin Rd. Shortstop, the cashier asked my 71 year old husband if he was over 25 years old, when he was buying lottery tickets. He refused to answer such a stupid question. Do they train their cashiers to abandon common sense when dealing with customers?

I love this store! They always have everything I need, and the ladies working are exceptionally nice! I went in last night to get a few things and the girl working was so kind and friendly as always!

Yeah just wanted to say bad store policy, why even bother being one of the random few stores that don't sell lighters without an ID, even if you say because it's a tobacco accessory" there is no law restricting people under 18 from buying tobacco accessories
