I have been going here for about a year now! Amazing service evertime I go, I always get bio-gel, and my sets always last well over a month! This time got my toes done as well, and had Emily for this part and she was so kind and worked very fast as well as providing good quality! For my mail set I had Ana for the first time, and she did such a good job! Will definitely be requesting both!!!!!!

I came to get a Mani&Pedi one day. The pedicure went great, my feet were extremely soft and nails looked beautiful. However, the manicure was a disaster. From the moment Anna sat down, she started complaining to me, the customer, which showed a very unprofessional behaviour. She would look over at the pedicure and make snarky comments at the other lady’s work. Needless to say, the manicure was terrible, by far the worst set I ever got. She proceeded to put the colour on and tell me she hates the colour I chose. Very unsolicited which I did not appreciate made me feel uncomfortable. Would go back to the salon but avoid Anna at all cost. I will run the other way when I hear her name.

Had a pedicure with 2 other girls, all 3 of us were so happy with the service and care this salon provided. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly staff did great job on pedicure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My sister in law got shellac mani pedi and it also turned out great. Not giving this 5 star because I typically do dip polish and I don't think it is commonly used here and the job wasn't done to the standard I am used to. But other than the dip polish for nails thint, everything else is great and I would recommend.

i have been coming to essence for so many years now and it’s my favourite place to come to they are all amazing. I had Vicky for pedicure and she is amazing! I love it here

DO NOT COME FOR BIO-GEL: I called this place to ensure that bio-gel refill includes a full manicure from the owner of the establishment. I was assured it was. Unfortunately when serviced the lady barely wanted to go over any of my dry skin. She also said she could do the design I asked for and she did not. She was rushing and put barely any fell back on my nail. The pictures below were taken the same day and my nails look outgrown. Missing patches of color and uneven gel on my nails. I do not trust this place to ever do my nails again. All I want back is my money. Cheap, cheap, cheap place.UPDATE:Due to having zero to no material on my nail and having not done a proper manicure I have now really bad dry skin till it raw and hurting as well as cracks and broken nails. Essence nails is a perfect place to get your nails done. They always do such a great job and they are always so welcoming and nice. Just went today and had my services done by Michelle and Claudia, they were the best!
