This company is fantastic, this was the 3rd time I've used their services and I was skeptical about them being able to get a huge chest freezer from the 70s out of the basement. They were amazing! It took maybe 30 minutes tops, and they didn't damage any walls! The whole thing was so stress free, I am so incredibly happy with the service, it was great. This is my definitely my first call if I need junk/appliances removed!

JUSTJUNK was the 3rd waste removal company to remove an older, single-unit washer/dryer set from the second story of a townhouse - I really wished I went with JUSTJUNK the first time around which would have saved me a lot of headache from dealing with the other two.Booking was seamless, prompt, friendly and accurate. Sebastian and colleague showed up on time, knowledgeable, professional, and with a lot of experience. What other companies weren't able to remove, Sebastian and his colleague were able to complete the awkward and heavy removal successfully. It was a difficult removal, and because the previous waste removal company tried to dissemble the set (without success), it actually made Sebastian's job even more difficult. The team ended up incurring minor damages to the floor and the stairway during the last tight turn before getting it out the door. He immediately and proactively informed me, was apologetic, and had a plan in place already. LOVE the honesty! What a pleasant surprise these days! It's clear JUSTJUNK has an outstanding policy and value when it comes to customer satisfaction.When speaking with Peter, the area Manager, he provided me with a few options to remedy the situation. He too, was apologetic, sincere, prompt, professional yet friendly. I was very impressed with 1) not only the fact they were able to remove the appliance when others couldn't, but 2) how the team handled the situation when things went a little sideways. I believe if the other junk removal company didn't tamper with the appliance, Sebastian could have very likely removed it without any damages.I highly recommend JUSTJUNK for any one looking for junk removal services in the Edmonton and surrounding area for an stress-free experience. I won't be wasting my time with other removal companies in the future.

I just had Brayden and Ilyass come by and pick up my old treadmill. They were polite, clean professional, arriving right at the beginning of their pick-time window, and giving the price quoted.Just junk was a simple service, My decided the dead tread mill had to go today and I booked it this morning and it was gone by the afternoon.Great service and good job!
