Had to take my phone back multiple times and still wasn't fixed. I gave up on them and took it to telus. Telus was cheaper as well.

Does not charge you if he can't fix it, will take the time to go through several options and answer questions, come in on his day off and skip lunch to rush a fix, and then charged me a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else for the time, let alone materials. I am very happy I took the suggestion to go to Jackie!
