Never get the right order always have to call back and they never do anything to fix the problem.. lady who answers the phone sounds like she has no idea what is going on. Terrible service no longer ordering from there again..

If I could rate this place 0 starts I would.We’ve ordered delivery a few times and our orders were wrong most of the time after waiting 1+ hour to get our food.We decided to give their dining room a try. I’m definitely not returning. The entire time, we could hear the chefs screaming at everyone. We waited way too long for our food and it was mushy. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while before being served. I was also charged extra for ordering sauce on the side. Didn’t understand that.The bacon on our 12$ salad was clearly not real bacon. Not sure how a salad of that quality costs 12$. The dining room was extremely cold and when we asked to adjust the heat, our waitress told us it’s not allowed.Overall extremely unimpressed by the chefs, waitresses seem like they’re doing their best but management seems like it needs some drastic improvements in professionalism.Won’t be supporting this place anymore.

Come one Come all! Now serving hairy subs! As per the manager, should you want to complaint, make sure it is within the hour and not a second more or your complaint becomes invalid. The waitress was very helpful going back multiple times to talk to him, but he had a book of infinite excuses as to why it is just too bad for me. Never again will I be returning to such a horribly managed and unprofessional restaurant.P.S. Don't forget to ask for your hair on the side.

Very disappointed usually we are so happy with the service but tonight they did not bring us our proper order. We were not charged for the extra dish we ordered, but when I called back to tell them they forgot our third dish they asked us to pay for it full price. No accommodation or discount was given for this inconvenience of us all eating as a family separately. Too bad we order 1X a week.

Nice & cosy for casual dining. Service is quick and courteous, portions are generous and tasty - very good food! ....and the coffee is above average, quite good actually! A small detail that makes a difference at the end of a meal. You get more than what you might expect, a pleasant surprise. 4.5 on 5!

Terrible service been ordering from there for years. Supported them during Covid. Order 44$ worth of food tonight. Asked for well done for my fries and pizza as unusually do. Food comes and fries are barely cooked, same with pizza. Called their answer was sorry nothing we can do get in car go to restaurant and they made a new order BUT the owner was extremely rude. Cookd do not wear hair netsproperly etc. Last time being their supporter. So surprised at his attitude after so many years of being a client.
