My serpentine belt snapped on the highway and I was able to pull over and call around looking for a specialized Mercedes mechanic in Burlington on a Friday night at 4:30pm, this shop was the only one who said yes and who was willing to stay late to get the job done. I can tell you from my honest experience Jacob and the mechanic who worked on my truck were super nice and very professional. They were extremely honest and did the job quicker than I expected. I am very satisfied and extremely grateful they were able to take me in for this emergency. Thank you again!

Cam and his team did an excellent job with my vehicle and liaising between my insurance company and I. He was extremely helpful and my car looks brand new. I don’t have enough good things to say, highly recommend.

Brought my car for repairs after an accident after recommendations from a friend. Cam and his staff went above and beyond. My car looks perfect. The work was done in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend them for any work needed on your vehicle!

My leased Honda car had a single-vehicle accident and the airbags were blown out. I was worried whether my car can be fixed and returned to Honda. EA Burlington did a splendid job! Cam, the person in charge, is very responsive to my requests and my phone calls. Cam went above and beyond to contact the insurance company, order auto parts, fix and test my car. The result - my car turned out like brand-new! Great job, Cam! I would highly recommend EA Burlington to anyone.

Prices are unreasonable, they charge alot more than the dealer.They charged $1100 for the job the dealer does for $700. I decided to check the dealer price when my car was at this shop for repairs, which was too late.Unorganised, waited 10 minutes after paying for someone to bring my car, at the end, I went and asked for the key and got the car from the back myself.They tried charging me extra for an bolt they forgot to tighten when they repaired my car.Wont be going back again. I do not recommend

Jacob and the crew were absolutely incredible!!! My Audi TT mk1 engine blew and I needed a full replacement / used engine transplant. The guys were incredible and fixed many other issues along the way. Very proactive and engaged with customer the whole way through. Candy canes at front desk were a bonus!!My only mistake was taking car to Audi Hamilton before finding this shop.Thanks again for your incredible service and attention to quality.

Came in with my BMW M235i X-Drive for a transmission oil change. I brought all the necessary parts and oil for the service and they did a fantastic job, I was quoted 2 hours and they hit it bang on.My service advisor was kind enough to take photos of the old oil for me to reference how worn it was. No other suggested service was recommended to me and I really appreciate that considering I’m very on top of my vehicle with my own services. They did exactly what was asked with no time wasted.Im very careful with who works on my vehicle and they treated it exactly how I would have. If you have a performance car and require any type of engine or drivetrain service, don’t hesitate to bring it to European Automotive!I’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys.

Had an Emergency repair on Fri., June 2nd, at you guessed 4:20 pm! Despite there getting ready to close shop for a week as they were moving to their new location. Team was able to diagnose, source and install a new serpentine belt by 5:30 pm!Thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh and did I mention we were travelling from Ottawa & only back in Burlington for a day for a celebration of life ceremony on Saturday. Well done!

Came in with a rear diffuser to be installed. Jeff and the guys did a great job with the install. Had a small issue with one of the clips but came back about a week later and they made it better than before. Each time I've been there, they've had some unique cars on the lot, and everyone I've dealt with are awesome. Thanks again
