I had a dead battery which was the result of the car sitting idle for 8 weeks. Thanks to Justin who not only came to the house to start the car but when it wouldn’t start again kept the car overnight at the shop on the charger, drove me home and picked me up the following morning so I could make my appointment. Service above and beyond.

Highly recommend! I had a flat tire in Calgary and made it back to Black Diamond on my spare, so couldn't drive much further without getting my tires changed out (thankfully it was time to put the winters on anyway). They went out of their way to fit me into their very busy schedule due to my circumstances and I really appreciate it!

Justin and the team are a wonderful crew. They are informative, thoughtful and won't charge you for repairs you don't need. I find them honest and genuine, something very rare in the repair industry. High recommend!

This is what great service looks like! I got a flat as I was passing through Black Diamond, and because it's the holidays, I wasn't that hopeful that I could get my tire repaired anywhere.Justin was incredibly friendly, and even though the shop was flat out busy, he still got me in to repair my tire so my family and I could get on our way.I can't express enough gratitude for the fast, friendly service- Justin and the team went over and above, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anybody.

I would NOT use this business. They very unprofessional & rude. They are scammers, just out to take all of your hard earned money. Everyday they find something wrong when there is nothing wrong. Stating that the part needed would have to come from the states, but owner got the part from Calgary.This business will won’t last long. Heads up to all, BBB and Black Diamond Chambers of Commerce.

I am new to the area and recently purchased new tires for a heavy truck and a jeep OK Tires prices are competitive and their service is great. Justin and Stuart are real professionals and I never felt like there was a hard upsell for unneeded products/services. I will definitely be back!

Justin and the gang are fantastic and I'm happy to drive from Calgary to have them work on my car. New tires and their concierge service (my name for it) is always offered with a smile and good advice. They are excellent.
