Aaron Taxi

Used this firm multiple times over the last few months. Never had a bad experience! Fares are fair and consistent, drivers always friendly and honest. Was lucky enough to get one of the luxury cars last week (car L04!) for an even smoother and more spacious ride!

The girl dispatcher was really rude and disrespectful! No customer service skills what so ever! Ended up hanging up on me and I walked to my destination! The morning guy was much more pleasant with aiding me in my situation

Great service, usually wait time isn't more than 10 min, drivers are for the most part very friendly, professional and go the extra mile " to make sure you had a great experience."

If I could leave zero, I would. My friend and I were having a good time giggling and the answering machine was rude and hung up on us. Don't recommend. When we did get a ride the driver was also very rude. Not something you need to pay for.

Dispatch did what she could to type in my “one out of 6 choices”. Bino my driver was polite and courteous.

We got lucky and were randomly chosen to try out their new luxury vehicles they were introducing. The cab was very spacious and clean. It definitely gave off that business class vibe.We had taken the cab from Val Caron to Chelmsford (25 minute drive) after a night out. It was pretty pricey, at around $75 for the fare. They apparently didnt charge us extra for the luxury car since we were randomly selected to try it out.I haven't taken a taxi in the city in ages so I'm not sure what other places are charging.The driver was very kind and alert. The drive was very smooth and overall it was probably the best taxi experience I had.Overall 5 stars for service5 stars for the driver1 star for the price

Starting rate is $4.50 I didn't know that so I asked why it started there. The driver denied it but i said yes it did" an then started huffing and rolling his eyes at me saying it was the starting rate. That's fine

It's kind of a roulette wheel when it comes to service. I've had some cab drivers that were very friendly and drove well and made me feel very safe. I've had others that were smoking in the cab when they pulled up and one that I had to grab the steering wheel 3 times during the ride to avoid going in the ditch while the driver texted on his cell phone, but he let me smoke in the cab so I didn't rat him out.
