They are quite unwilling to work with my schedule for a technician to come to my location. Maybe hire more people? The clients need to have jobs to pay for the internet but they want you to be home on a workday and when I offer a workday i'm available they cannot do it... get it together guys. The Internet itself is decent.

Would give no stars if I was able have been dealing with ongoing issues for almost 2 months and finally get part of the issues fixed to find out that it is not what I was told I would be getting. Poor customer service was told a manager would call me in 48hrs to help correct the issue. I waited 4 days never called me. So I called and the person told me they could not reach the manager that was supposed to call me and they would call me back in an hour. 4 hours later I get a call saying the manager forgot to call me and will call me tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a manager today I got told there was no manager working.Called customer service and threatened to cancel everything and have now been on hold for over an hour while they try and get a manager on they line. Still waiting feeling like I'm just on hold while they wait for me to hang up. No check ins or updates just hold music for over an hour so far. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. would not recommend at all.

Customer service chat could not have been slower. Almost 20 minutes to answer 2 basic simple questions.
