I went here yesterday to hopefully find a stove I could by and leave with right away. Got a great deal on it and had it in the back of my truck in less than 30 min. Awesome service here.

We will be back! One staff member (gentleman) was very friendly and helpful. Not overbearing. Just present and available for any questions and to offer information about the products we were looking at. Though we didnt purchase today, we will definitely return to purchase our items. We have a full kitchen to replace and living room suite and will ask for his help. The other staff were on their phones lounging and the opposite of him. Great selection and prices!

Paid $1800 for a love seat that first came defective and uneven on one side. They did replace it. However the quality is so poor the cushions have wood poking through and they claimed they would refill it, but have never gotten back to us. Have had since March and it's so aweful. Customer service is non existing. Do not recommend.

The jury is still out, but my experience today does not come close to my previous experience. The in-store sales staff was very knowledgeable and service was phenomenal while purchasing. Unfortunately, twice we were told to expect delivery. The first time was a mix-up, but today...not so much. We had arranged to be the first delivery of the day, and that didn’t happen.I waited until after 2 to be told they’d be here later today, as long as it’s before 5:00, since the store closes at 6:00. Sorry, but work demands my presence elsewhere, which is why we arranged an earlier delivery. So, we’ve rescheduled delivery for another day...5 days out. In the meantime we’ve disassembled the old bed and cleared things into another room. Now we have to haul stuff back in & out again for the next scheduled time. This is, of course, somewhat inconvenient.So far I am not impressed with post-sale service.Edited…When the bed was delivered, the delivery team did a great job setting it up and they took the packaging with them, which was appreciated.

We needed a new refrigerator for our rental home in Oliver as soon as possible. All other appliance stores (including Rona) were quoting me 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Kam at Hometown Furniture in Penticton was able to have a refrigerator delivered to Oliver in less than 24 hours from when I placed the order. I never expected this would possible. It was so nice to deal with a company with such a high level of customer service. The price for the refrigerator was reasonable too. Thanks!

Bought a living room suite about two weeks ago. We knew going in that part would be delayed a month for supply chain issues. The store was able to get everything all delivered within two weeks and installed perfectly.

Very disappointed in the way my purchase of a Recliner was handled. In time the Recliner frame developed a lean to one side and the remote stopped working. A new remote was reinstalled, but the frame of the recliner was ignored. The cost of the recliner was over $1000.00. My calls to the manager were ignored!

Bought a new washer and dryer. The guys drove up my driveway and put them into the space with 2 inches to spare. Great job!
