Richi, Sarin and their crew did a thorough, beautiful job cleaning both the siding and windows on our house in the forest - including some difficult to reach places. They were prompt responding to our calls, stayed in excellent communication during the whole job, and had friendly, helpful attitudes while working. They did a few extra things that came up spontaneously with no problem, and made sure the job was done to everyone's satisfaction. Clarity also did an impeccable job inside and out on a family member's downtown condo; two sides of which are glass windows and balcony railing panes. Richi took the initiative to look after a few extra details to be sure the job was done top notch. Thanks for consistent excellence and great customer service, Clarity!

Richi & crew did a great job cleaning out our gutters as well as washing the outsides! They also power washed all our pathways, patio, and staircases, taking them from gross to gorgeous. And all for a great price! Would absolutely recommend their professional, courteous services.

In June of 2020 Richi dropped a ladder on the hood of my car while cleaning the windows at a condo building I was visiting on Belmont Road in Colwood. He owes the insurance company $200 so they can reimburse the deductible I had to pay to get my car fixed. So far he has ignored 2 registered letters sent to him by the insurance company and has ignored an email I sent to the business asking how much longer I am going to have to wait to get my $200.

I was impressed by their professionalism and delightful approach to doing the work - no complaints from them, not even for a quite inaccessible skylight requiring a big ladder and great dexterity. This is a highly trustworthy group who know each other well and work together seamlessly. They are also environmentally friendly, which is important to me. We had our home’s exterior windows cleaned by Richi of Clarity Windows Ltd. The company was recommended by a respected and knowledgeable neighbour.Richi arrived on time and immediately went to work. The house has a wide variety of old and new windows some of which have storm windows. None of the windows had been cleaned in a while. Richi went above and beyond in checking in to make sure we were happy with the work as he went along. We brainstormed together and figured out why a particular couple of windows were fogging up and he didn’t stop until the correct screw adjustments were made that allowed the fogged windows to clear. He also gave us some great tips about caring for the glass on our deck.The estimate/final price was incredibly fair. We had been given a quote by a much larger company that was FIVE times higher and spread over two days! Clarity will now be our go-to window cleaner, and we will thank our neighbours for the recommendation.
