They showed up when they said they would. The price was the agreed price. And after they analysed the problem, fixed it and did their work it was like they were never here. The work site and garden were just as they had been before the big dig, which was done by hand to minimise disruption . Adam and his helper were polite and respectful of us and our home. Mike scoped the solution and gave us the quote and Susie was always cheerful and responsive in the office. We have done a lot of work with contractors both at work and at home. These guys are the real deal. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Turns out there are 2 Joe Shultz Waterproofing as it is a family business. Mike is the senior and the younger team is Adam and Suzie from Niagara on the Lake. I was a bit confused and almost didn't hire Adam as the reviews were mixed. I'm really glad I followed my instincts and hired Adam.Adam was wonderful to say the least. Easy to discuss timing with, competitive pricing, neat and professional in the job.Upon completion of the job, I asked him if there was another Joe Schultz company and I'm glad I did. Can't speak about the other guy but Adam did a fantastic job patching a rather large foundation hole and turns out he does a good job in repairing brick work as well.

I highly recommend this contractor. Mike analysed our problem, came up with the solution and his quote was the final price. Adam and his helper arrived as promised. And got the job done and made it look like they had never been here after they cleaned up the site. Susie was very helpful in the office. Over all a great experience
