Blair was very easy to work with and answered thousands of questions. He worked well with our project manager and our favorite draftsperson. He is very patient. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Blair is very knowledgeable and professional, and he got my report to me quickly when I was crunched for time. I absolutely recommend CMG, they were very friendly, thorough and helpful. They gave us different options on fixing our garage, and even designed us a new one. They were very informative on foundation issues and all structural issues in general. I can’t imagine having gone through this process with another company other than CMG.

This is a Joke for an engineering firm. Requested to come out and look at driveway cracking, Settling and settling of sump pump drain. I was told there was water under my driveway which I was fully aware of but never investigated why the water was there. No explanation of what may have caused it. Told to hire a plumber which he recommended at and additional $200-300 over his cost of $500 to scope sump hose which is no where near the driveway and at least 5 to 6 feet lower than driveway. We paid $500 for Blair investigate a water damage issue and basically got a lower level moisture reading and take a few pictures of my driveway. This company was a huge rip off for this issue. My home inspection I had done on my house was far more detailed and it cost $400. I was also never even given a written inspection report of what he did for the cost.After reading CMG reply you seem to have been greatly mistaken about my sump system since my sump is running 3 feet lower than my driveway and is running 10 feet away from my driveway. The county confirmed that immediately on arrival. My land grading is also much higher than my neighbors homes. My wife also clearly stated to me that she was to get a written report as this is what she was told by Blair. This never happened.

Blair was very thorough and he took the time to explain the issues, what caused them and how to fix them. We are happy with the services we received and we certainly recommend him in need of an engineer.

Very helpful, friendly and professional. This company does a thourough job inspecting the property and is very informative and offers many suggestions, going above and beyond to ensure you know exactly what the state is, and offers suggestions to prevent future problems, and many different repair options. Reports are easy to read and straight forward with lots of useful information. They are also priced better than most other companies and the quality of service is superior. Definitely won't use any other company for an inspection or consulting.Thanks CMG for a great experience!
