UPDATE: Since we knew that our 29 year old furnace, 20 year old a/c and 19 year old water tank weren't going to last forever, we took the plunge and went around different HVAC companies for quotes (including Forest which gave us such excellent emergency service last winter). Well, the winner was Forest for giving us multiple option quotes from good to better to best appliances. We were budget comfortable with the highest 'better' appliances which are high efficiency and made the appointment. Well, again, service was superb. A parade of Forest trucks with the new equipment all arrived at the same time, a half an hour early. Got to see Syl again with his crew Aaron and Noah. Very nice, professional and respectable technicians. Good ethics too... laid rubber mats to protect our floors and cleaned everything up afterwards. It took one day and a half to do everything (furnace, humidifier, a/c, hot water tank, including all custom duct work and new intake and exhausts on the side of the house. I was working and still attending virtual meetings and there were no interruptions. All was well organized and done like clockwork. From my interactions with the office about billing (love Suzanne), from meeting Mr. Forest on pre-inspection, and dealing with Syl and the crew, all I can say is that I only had a great experience. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I no longer have worries of being left out in the heat or the cold.==============We woke up to a cold 15C house and thought of the worst: This is it... our 28 year old furnace has hit the bucket". I called Forest in early Dec/22 when a water leak was detected in my air handler. Tech came following day and found source of problem and determined a replacement air handler would be required. Although not a common heating source Elgee was able to secure a replacement within a day and his team removed the old unit and installed the new one also within a day. Not an easy task considering the tight work area within the condo utility room. Thanks for your quick response and professional service.

They responded to my furnace issue right away and corrected the issue. They were professional and pleasant. Would highly recommend them.

Initially I chose another company to troubleshoot a furnace issue. I was told that the motherboard would eventually have to be replaced. A week passed and the problem reoccurred.I decided to try Forest HVAC after they were recommended. It turns out that it was sediment blocking a line. So needless to say they saved me spending a lot of money for nothing. I will definitely be using this company for all my future hvac needs

Very responsive to my situation when my furnace broke down. Workmen were very competent, professional and left a very clean worksite. Provided several options for consideration, reasonable prices and no surprises when finished. Very quick after installation service response when an issue surfaced that was quickly remediated.

Fantastic experience with Forest HVAC. We had them install our gas lines for our pool heater and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I've been using Forest's services for over twenty years. I don't even bother shopping around because I value the service that comes with the installation (but their prices are comparable). Recently I had a new AC installed and my basement ceiling started leaking. Forest attended promptly and was able to pin point the leak to the back door, not the AC hose. This was later confirmed by my door people. They spent a lot of time on this, even after it was shown to not be their problem. I like a small family company because I feel you get more attention from them.

I've had a furnace maintenance plan (with annual inspections) with Forest HVAC for over 20 years and they have always been very professional, reliable (including responding quickly) and client-oriented.In the past year, I had to replace both my air conditioner and furnace. I didn't think twice about dealing with Forest. In both cases, they quickly provided several options in a variety of price ranges and answered all my questions to guide me in my decisions. The technicians were very professional, helpful (answering all my questions and providing guidance) and did a great job.And it is also always a pleasure dealing with the office - you can see they care about their clients (as do the technicians). They do everything they can to ensure you have heat or coolness in your home as soon as possible (especially in those really hot or cold days). I recommend this company to everyone.
