If I could give a ZERO I would absolute epitome of negligence. Non responsive. Complete dereliction of duty.Confirmed electronically of extension of a listing and let it expire. Do not put your faith in this non performing Brokerage. Rouillard is arrogant and in a service business will not work on holidays or weekends.
