The Guy at the kiosk says he'll call me in 20 minutes when to pick up my cartridges but never did. His instructions on how to put it back in my printer are convoluted and beyond confusing. On top of that, when calling him for assistance he insults me by saying You didn't read the instructions" when I told them I did. Never EVER going back there again!!!"

THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE..... *Canon catridges were low - had extra cartridges for refilling - refilled April 15h at this low budget place - put cartridges with store pkg'ing in desk drawer - existing cartridges went dry April 27th - went to the drawer and found Printer Refillers cartridges leaked inside store packaging (see photo) - cleaned them up and installed in printer - printed poor quality color/black pages ( see photos) - returned cartridges to store April 29 - service tech said black cartridge had na air bubble she was able to remove, color cartridge had no ink and was empty - asked for refund - technician had to call owner (Justin?, Jason?) for approval - refund denied - advised to come back Monday when owner would be on site - not acceptable, it was already my 2nd trip back to the store - tech called owner on telephone - spoke with owner - owner denied refund sight unseen - owner implied I hadn't packaged them correctly causing ink to leak - not the case , Printer Refillers packed the cartridges - owner then implied that I emptied the cartridges through use during the time they were in my possession and would not issue a refund - so here I am - what have I saved? I still had to go out and buy original Canon cartridges + eat this clowns cost for defective and empty cartridges........ a warning the rest of you - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH #PrinterRefillers - this outfit is a joke
