Cheap guy running this company... 14 people I know who put court on him. He is going to do BANKRUPTCY. He got another CVOR. Very be careful from him. He deducts the money from LAST PAYCHEQUE.He didn’t made any contract with me regarding deduction if i did, then reply my review with my signed contract. If we are on road could be happen anything. I was on QEW while driving his equipment. Suddenly brake check ahead of me i was with 44000LBS. And load had been moved forward. Even the dashcam recorded the video but he deducted from my cheque. He hired visitor visa person at yard gate for $4.75 per hr. He is scammer on the name of SINGH. He do defamation on reviews to make rating up LOL. He fined me for violation. Even at there own fault. I asked for e-log manual. They didn’t give me elog manual and deducted my money. By the way His step brother is way better then him. Mostly his family reviews his company. If you check all reviews you can see twice reviews by same person example Ranjodh Dhaliwal who even never worked for company. Preet kaur his wife. I was bit skeptical before joining R Gill. But to be honest, its been 6 months and I had a smooth run. On time cheques, every additional pick/drop paid, responsive and soft spoken office staff. Never had any issues with my equipment, dispatch or anyone. Speaking from my personal experience, I had a stop sign violation and there’s no deductions on my paycheque. Instead i was being advised by Rashpal pahji to be careful going further, which I believe is fair enough.I give my due respect and 100 percent at job and getting same back in return.

Best company to work for. Ethical people in the management that appreciate your worth. It’s very hard to find reliable employer these days and R Gill has proven to be the best. Great staff, and industry competitive pay rate.

One of the best trucking company I have had the privilege to work with. Only reason I left was family reasons. Great people, great pay, great equipment. Its good company for working ..despatch is good ..management is good ..pretty strong for safety..they have lots f work for the driver's...............

I have worked with this company on 2 different occasions and left. and both times I got paid for everything I worked for I suggest anyone who’s looking for a job here to meet and speak to the owner and other drivers who are working here get some real feedback and you will be glad you made the right decision it’s a great company to work for if you like highway work. Top industry wages brand new equipment one night trips can’t get better then this if you like highway work

I appreciate their dedication and focus towards safety concerns of this company. Mr. Rachhpal gill is very nice and kind . But the conflicts come when drivers do something wrong over road and they dont agree. RGILL aware every new driver about deductions upfront to reduce rumors in the market later on. People are trying to defame most of the transportation companies these days. Every company do not deducts money to fill their pocket. They have done enough to sit and survive for whole life but still they are working hard on everything. Transportation is a wide networking with drivers and other professionals. Nobody wants to reduce their reputation in market just for few Dollars, which is gained by spending whole life. Salute to owner for handling bad people wisely, which are trying to demotivate others.

This incident occurred yesterday, and I wish I had been able to get a license plate number. I was travelling Niagara bound on the QEW through Hamilton when a RGill truck came flying up behind me, tailgating and flashing their high beams at me. When they had an opportunity to pass on my right, the driver then purposely swerved into my lane. I was about centre to the length of the trailer, so thankfully the driver corrected their course, all while waving their arm out the window, giving me the middle finger. The driver then sped past a few more cars, before cutting someone off in front of me. Keep in mind, this all happened during rush hour, between the Burlington Skyway and the RHV/Centennial exits. Contemplating filing a report with OPP as it seems (by reading the other reviews) this company cares nothing for safety. This driver brandished their vehicle like a weapon. Absolutely shameful.

RJ seemed like a great guy when I met him. I don't see why this business would be any different. Leadership starts at the top

They never admit to mistakes or be honest about where your vehicle is. There is a money hungry owner who thinks replying “fake” makes all these statements untrue. Uneducated business man unwilling to learn or be truthful with his own self should not be trusted with any of your vehicles or transport needs.
