Everything tastes great, lots of customization and flavours, pretty quick service even when it’s busy. Only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey but it is how it is! Still best bubble tea in Nanaimo

One of my favorite bubble tea! They have varieties of flavour and one of my favorite is hazelnut chocolate and don’t forget to add either tapioca ball or milk pudding. Yum yum in the middle of warm weather.

Awesome bubble tea with excellent service!! Lots of customization options and great flavours to choose from here. The mango tea at 0% sweetness was a perfect treat for a hot, sunny day. The milk tea was also very creamy and delicious. A real treat!

Place is nice. The tea was good. We took all the drinks with 50% sugar and it was too sweet for us. I think 30% is the best for those types of drinks.

I've been here a few times and I'm still trying to figure out the right drink for me! There are so many options. This time I got the hazelnut chocolate milk tea with no ice and normal sugar! It was delicious but I will get 50% sugar next time! The workers were kind, polite, and prompt with their service.

My favorite bubble tea store in Nanaimo, also, all of my friends love ChatimeNanaimo. They service more than 100 products, where we can always find the one we love. Meanwhile, there are multiple toppings can be combined with all cold drinks, and couple toppings for hot drinks, which is kind of a interesting thing to figure out my favorite combo. （PS.Personal recommendation：pearl milk tea+coffee jelly. ）

5+ stars Hands down best bubble tea in Nanaimo. Menu is huge lots of options. Staff is super friendly. Definitely a regular stop lol

More elaborate drinks than most, it reflects in the price, excellent service but the tables and chairs are cheap - take-out recommended.
