i paid 100$ for a pair of earing and was told me that it is a made of gold and can never change the color but the color of earing changed. the staff members told me you will get the new one but manager refused me for new pair of earing very rudely. my advice to customers never visit claires that are the big cheaters.

DO NOT GET ANY PIERCINGS HERE. Claire's is HORRIBLE. They use piercing guns which are awful for your skin (do some research) and most of the time the piercings are crooked.THERES A REASON THEYRE ALWAYS ON SALE!!!!!
