Mr. Pretzels

Everytime I visit the place and ask for a pretzel dog, all staff always say “we do have them but it’ll take 25 to 30 mins to get them done”. Why don’t they prepare atleast 3 to 5 of them in the shelves. Im already thinking that you guys are hiring lazy people at Southgate Mall branch. Just sayin

I went here to get food roughly over a week ago and the way I overheard the staff treat each other was horrible. Paige was so mean to both customers and coworkers and it made me feel so bad to take my business to some place that doesn’t respect others.

I don't know how Kailey is able to manage all this traffic on Boxing day by herself. More staff is needed for this volume. Great job Kailee!!

Great tasting pretzels. Lots of different flavours including salty and sweet versions. A great place for a quick snack. My favourite is the Sugar and Cinnamon pretzel. Very busy location.

We’re at the South Gate store on may 4 @ 1:30 ordered a cheese stick. When ready we saw the staff clipped the stick but a part fell off onto the work top, he tried stuck back into the bag, we reminded that it shouldn’t have been given to us. The other lady staff kept arguing what if the other kind of pretzel is not in its shape, told her the cheese dripped from the broken stick. Isn’t it right that customer should be given the right size of product? It’s the way of their service attitude which upset us. We asked for a refund. For a good service, we expect them to at least apologize and offer to compensate rather than defending with an attitude like were a nuisance!

I made a large order through Skip for an event I planned. The owner and I had emailed prior to the date, to make sure they would be able to fulfill my order. Come to the day, skip the dishes refused to fulfill my order as no drivers would pick it up up even with a time frame of 3 hours. Eventually, The owner Ola called me and told me he would personally deliver the food(even in the snow storm) in order for our company to have our food. I was so baffled at the kindness and so grateful for the amazing client service. I will ensure to use them for catering again in the future and would recommend anyone else to do so!

I went to both locations today: Southgate and Kingsway in Edmonton... Neither location was able to process my gift card, or even tell me the balance on it. I was planning to purchase a large box of assorted savory pretzels, but instead left with nothing, and wasting a lot of gas driving around the City... I am very disappointed, and astonished...Not Impressed.

I couldn't help but to smile when I took the first bite. As far as shopping mall pretzels go, this is as good as it gets-- and it's excellent.The dough is made fresh and baked to order. Those two things are the biggest factors that play into what makes these pretzels so good. There are a variety of flavours that I have yet to try, ranging from the classic salted to sweeter types. Furthermore, all of the pretzels are the same price: $3.75. This is something I definitely appreciate, and encourages me to come back and try the rest out.In summary, Mr. Pretzels will land you a fresher, better tasting, and cheaper pretzel than pretty much anywhere else you can find. You simply can't beat value.

Wait time makes no sense if I’m not getting pretzels fresh out of the oven. The employees do not work as a team to clear a rush. Her excuse was “we don’t get paid to clean after closing hours”…..that’s not my problem take it up with management. Pretty sure in the food industry costumer service is a priority.

Went here on a Saturday and it was about 6:20pm-6:30pm, they were already cleaning to close up. They close at 7pm on Saturday’s, don’t know why they were closing up 30 mins early? Went again a couple days ago and service was good but they definitely downsized their pretzels. I remember coming here a year ago and the pretzels were super big and thick, now they are small and thin. $5 for what they give is a complete rip off. Don’t recommend this place tbh, not worth your money.
