Thriftlodge by Wyndham Moncton

Parking was terrible. Pool was cold and dirty. Rooms were disgusting dirty sheets asked for bedding change they came and threw me 1 set of sheets. Fridge was rusted and unclean coffee stains all over the table. All out terrible spend a extra 20 dollars a night and go else where. Free breakfast was toast or dry cereal. Hair all over the beds when checking them towels had hair and dirt on them. Ask for service and they refuse. They had only one person working no house keepers only the check in staff. Bath tub was yellow stained. Health dept needs to look into this dirt hole

Very dirty all around. Rundown and staff didn't seem to be worried about it. One of the dirtiest pools I ever seen. We didn't go in it. You definitely get what you pay for. Never again!!

I booked the thrift lodge as a last resort when every hotel I called had no rooms available. I was really disgusted upon arriving as the building was practically falling apart. the pool area was gross and the pool itself was not clean. The flooring in the room was practically coming up and the transition strips in the floor were actually all off and it was noticeable that this place has not been kept up in sometime. The bedding was stained along with the pillows that had a awful smell to them. there were bugs coming out of the woodwork & rats in the parking lot.I called every hotel in a near enough radiance looking for anywhere else to go and was managed to get us into a different hotel at midnight, we left immediately.When I called the thrift lodge the next day and explained to them the uncleanliness of their hotel" and mentioned I had to leave at midnight as I couldn't even sit on the bed without feeling dirty

This motel deserves a negative 10 review.The staff do not care 1 bit about your experience. The beds are disgusting! Hair, dirt and stains all over the sheets. Beds are slanted towards the headboard (uneven).Should have slept in the car or kept driving.

If I had to give a true rating, it would be in the negative numbers. Blood inside the dresser drawer, room reaked of some unknown substance, mold on the bathroom tiles along with mold and filfth in the refrigerator and microwave. Absolutely unsafe and extremely unclean. I heard the neighbors all night long. Upon check out, I explained how disgusting the room was, the front desk clerk seemed disinterested. NEVER again will I stay in such a dirt infested facility. It is THE Amityville horror of motels

If I could leave negative stars I would. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I booked on phone with Wyndham never seeing this place before as I am not from Moncton when I arrived I was shocked at how this place was not kept up on. I checked in and went to room on way to room there was pizza crust in hall along with the horrible scent of musky mold. There was about 6 children screaming and playing ball hockey in hall outside of the rooms, a dirty scum line in the bath tub, dirt ground in to the texture of shower floor, water stains leaking from the ac unit on the wall and sweat stains on sheets. I called Wyndham they advised me to go to front desk, when speaking to front desk I was told there is no management team on weekends, to email them, or call Monday to speak to manager named “Sam”. I explained I would like a refund as I can not stay here this place is dirty and not sanitary. Told me to just email or call, front desk staff can not do this and to hand in key card he deactivated it since I’m not staying. I have tried to email 3 times, and I have now called 2 days later. The same person working front desk answered and I simply asked for Sam told me “Sam” is away on leave for 1-2 months call back later. He can not help with a refund. He knew it was me calling to complain and ask for my money as I did not stay there and they are scamming me out of my money and playing games. DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE STAFF. DISGUSTED
