I originally wanted to take my BMW 645 to another auto body shop but I was referred to Boyd in Port Coquitlam from one of my clients. So, I gave them a shot and it was a great experience. Jamal the representative in charge of taking care of my best interest inform me exactly what was going to worked on for my bimmer. The cost was explained clearly and he also informed me that he treats customers cars as if it was his own. In my mind I said I’ll see how this experience will be and then make my conclusion.A few days later my BMW was ready for pick up and what I wanted to get done was complete with great care and quality.Jamal introduce me to the principal Bill and he also explained to me what what was worked on and that their work comes with a satisfaction guarantee.Overall it was a great experience and Jamal did treat my BMW as if it was his own. When I brought my 2018 Mercedes GLA to get an estimate of the work required to fix the fender bender my wife got when she accidentally banged against the wall, the service rep was so friendly and helpful. He reminded me to check with ICBC if insurance would be a better way to settle it as compared with paying it out of pocket. Glad I took his advice. Got a one time waiver from ICBC. This shows they care about their customers.I had to wait for 3 weeks to get the work done as they were super busy. But when I got it back , work was excellent and washed and vacuumed ready for pickup in a timely fashion.I give full 5 stars for this Boyd auto body in Port Coquitlam. Excellent shop! These guys are genuinely nice and friendly and caring.Thanks Boyd folks !

I recently went to Boyd Poco to have my windshield replaced, as always, they did a phenomenal job! Bill and his team are great to deal with, the front end staff and technicians are awesome. I always head here for my auto needs. Keep up the great work!!!

My car was broken into downtown Vancouver (side window smashed). The team at Boyd was super friendly and fast. Both times I took my car in (for the estimate and the repair) they were SUPER busy...but their service was awesome and everyone was super friendly. Great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Had to get a rear window replaced after a break-in downtown (be careful downtown Vancouver these days, folks). Bill and the crew at Boyd took great care of me and my vehicle. They under-promised, over-delivered and exceeded expectations. Thanks again!

I picked this place for my car to be fixed there jusg because it was very close to home, and I was very satisfied with the results. They did a good job and very quick. Everything went smoothly and as promised when I first visited. I left my car dirty and received it looking brand new, inside and out. I hope I never need it but if so, I will choose them again.

Someone vandalized my car on January 3, 2023. My trunk window and left passenger window was punctured (no theft occurred). ICBC was really quick and good about getting my car fixed. The estimator pointed out things I didn't think of. I first thought I only had to bring it to a glass repair shop but was recommended to bring it into an autobody just to get the exterior and interior checked so I am getting everything fixed and not noticing later and having to either do a second claim or pay out of pocket.Boyd was really quick and handled it professionally. The staff takes ownership to what they do. They checked my vehicle and provided a very reasonable estimate (even though I only had to pay a deductible). I'd recommend their service anytime.

I went to Boyd this week, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Bill and Bruce were super respectful of social distancing and of my time and options. I felt like I was in “good hands.” They were both down to earth and honest. I felt like they had my best interest at heart and told me all of the options I could possibly take to fix a private (non-ICBC) cosmetic issue. I appreciated that they shared their own personal stories with me and I didn’t feel at any point they were taking advantage of me or disregarding me for being a female, as I sometimes feel in the automobile industry. Thank you Bill and Bruce. I will be back when I have future auto body repairs to take care of. Highly recommend :)
