Pandora

In out fast service, I bought a ring in less than 5 minutes, but I also am they type of person I know what I want so it was a fast shop for me, thanks Pandora!

I came here to make a return because the rings I bought made my fingers irritated. The manager told me not to buy things from their store again .. not the greatest thing to say to a customer. Definitely taking her advice and never going back. On top of it all, I went to 2 different locations to make this return and it was not processed because their machine was unable to put the money back on my card. So now I am stuck with 2 useless rings from a company I don’t want to remember.

TL;DR: Skip this brand and company. Terrible customer service online and in store. They only care about their Profit & Loss statements, not customer service.I ordered online from their website March 23rd. The website charged me TWICE and sent me TWO orders of the exact same product. I tried calling their customer service line immediately to get one cancelled and was told it probably isn't going to happen." Fast forward a week and I receive both orders in the mail. Invoice says clearly on it I can return to ANY Pandora store for a full refund on the card I used to pay. I call ahead and am told this is true. So I go in store the following dat and the sales associate says I can only get store credit. I asked for the manager. The assistant manager comes out and says she actually can't do any refunds because theyre a franchised store and can't do any refunds whatsoever.I proceed to tell her that I called ahead and my invoice said

I really like this location. Their customer service is always so great! I usually go here around the holidays since the past 4 years and from the greeter who is always lovely, to the person helping me to the cashier, they are all great. This year Nabila helped me and was so sweet and patient with me when I tried different items and helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave genuine feedback on how certain pieces looked on me. Will definitely be back!

I’ve bought 3 rings from here in the last 2 weeks and I absolutely love them! The customer service is great and very polite, will definitely come back in the future ❤️

We went to the Pandora shop in Willowbrook Shopping Center. My 6 year old has had his heart set on a sapphire jewel for months. Because he has been so awesome and helpful, I let him pick out a sapphire charm and bracelet. I believe Pinky" helped us. She was so patient and helpful. She made my little guy feel very special. Everyone in the store was fabulous. I have been getting special gifts from this store since it first opened in Langley. I cannot recommend the Pandora line of jewellery

Worst experience- I just went in to find a gift - I was the only customer in the store. There was a tray of rings on a counter and I was literally glancing when a sales lady raced over, told me to stop! And waved her hands in front of the rings shewing me away. Needless to say I left immediately- many other places can use the business.

Great service and nice selection of jewellery ! Great location and the young lady who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was happy . Thank you for packaging my gift so nicely too! Much appreciated

My mom came here yesterday to buy a bracelet for her neice, and the customer service was great! The lady who helped her was Pinky, and she did such a great job taking her time to get us everything we needed. Thanks to her, we left the shop very happy, and we will definitely be returning.Thanks again Pinky, and we are grateful for the free bangle gift we received!

Worst customer service EVER!. Called in to ask for warranty for an earring purchased in December. The person that picked up the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and said I dont have Warranty if I dont have a receipt and didnt even bother to mention to call to the warranty service. Thank God for Google. NEVER AGAIN buying fromPandora
