Recently I bought a brand new Jetta Comfortline and I have to say, Mr. Maneesh Mathew did an amazing job getting my first car the way I wanted. So flexible and even checked up on me after delivery too whether I reached home safe. I would totally recommend to meet Maneesh if you need a good experience and a good car.

I had a problem with my sunroof malfunction and check engine light. Awais and Omar helped me fix that issue without delaying it. My communication experience with them was really great and they provided the best service I could ask for.Will definitely visit their service Center again for future concerns.

The dealership is indulging in unfair trade practices. I spoke with a sales representative who provided us with incorrect information about the pick-up date. Pushed us to complete documentation before the pick-up date and went back on his words. Nobody is interested in addressing customer issues, just trying to sell cars without any sense and being empathetic to customers.

After 10 years with our Mazda , it was time to buy a new car . The minute we walked into the dealership Shahad’s warm smile and personality were an absolute pleasure. Throughout our research and uncertainty looking for a car Shahad’s patience with us was so nice . A couple of times he was there after his shift was finished always with a smile assisting us . Recently bought a new family car after 14 years, and went with the 2023 VW Atlas. This car has everything to satisfy all members of the family, from comfort to features and design. Shahad assisted us throughout the process and made us feel calm when making the decision to commit to this vehicle. We additionally arrived to see Shahad had the car wrapped up beautifully for a “grand reveal” which really elevated the pick-up experience. After going to a few different VW dealerships, I didn't find one that fit or that I liked until I found the Mississauga VW. It was recommended to me and I'm SO GLAD it was. The dealership is 1h 15min away from where I live but I promise you it was worth the drive! The whole process from the beginning was exceptional! Bobby made me feel like royalty. Never once did I feel pressured. Everything went so smooth. I ordered my 2023 tiguan in September and like they said arrived at the end of November. When I picked it up, there was no hassle or pressure to purchase anything extra. I knew exactly what I wanted because I am a car enthusiast. I have very high expectations and they surpassed all those. They respected everything I said. Bobby was very kind, professional and went above and beyond. He even covered my car as a surprise with a bow for a revealing. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership out of all dealerships I've been to and I've been to a lot. From now on, next time I need another car or my friends do, I will always recommend Bobby at this dealership. I promise you, it's worth it no matter where you have to drive from ! Yasir, the general manager also came to see me and congratulated me. He was very kind. No other dealership has ever done that. They were as excited for me as I was! Just picked up my new Volkswagen Taos and couldn't be happier with the car!! The staff at Mississauga Volkswagen were exceptional from day one. Both Shahad and Nikos made the car buying experience pleasurable and enjoyable. Customer service was over and above as they really took care of my family and I the whole way through. Any questions or information we needed was responded to in a timely/ friendly manner and we got a great deal on the vehicle. Great job by guys at Mississauga Vw. After owning a Tiguan for 2 years we got bored and wanted a change, ready to buy new car, but tech Michael Talaj said I can make you fall in love all over again with your Tiguan. We trusted him and OMG was he right, he installed Coilovers to lower the car and installed 21 inch atlas wheels which look absolutely stunning on the car. We are so pleased by the work done there, we love the car even more then when we first go it. Thank you Micheal T again

Firstly my servicing appointment took 3.5 hours when it was estimated as being 2 hours even though no extra work was added. They just kept saying they needed to clean it but when it was done it obviously wasn't cleaned at all. Then over the next few days all my motor oil leaked out of my car because the oil drain plug wasn't screwed back in properly. They fixed it promptly when I took my car back which was good. It was handy having a shuttle service to take you places. But overall and considering that it cost 400 for scheduled maintenance including a brake flush, which seems really high, it wasn't a great experience.

Recently took delivery of my new 23 Tiguan R line black edition. My salesperson was Bobby, who was very efficient, reliable, and dedicated. The car arrived in the expected time frame. The sales process was seamless and no hidden costs. I have bean dealing with the service department on my previous car for the past 2 years with no complaints either. Well rounded dealership, would recommend.
