I bought a cushion foundation, and when I went back home and opened it, saw it was a used sample!!! And I can’t return it because I spend 500 points= $10 discount. So I have to buy something else that I don’t want. I try to tell the manager to remind the customers to check their items before they buy them. And she said they won't do that because it will break the package. Very poor management. This store has a very serious thief problem.

Associate sold me the wrong product. Came within the 30 day time frame to return it, stupid manager lara who deserves to have the worst happen to her told me she can’t find the receipt. dumb employees horrible customer service. The most they could do to even correct the employees mistake was to give me 100 points… i don’t want points i want my money back.

Really love shopping at this Sephora in Hillcrest Mall. Staff are super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I have been using the same shade of powder foundation for the last 3 years. So I ordered the same shade of my bareMinerals powder foundation online last Summer with my Ordinary Serums. I didn’t do too much make up these days due to pandemic and I recently found that shade didn’t match my skin color anymore. The sad news was I lost my receipt and couldn’t retrieve any record of my purchase. My plan was trying to get it exchanged with a right color or store credit. I spoke to a lovely associate, Tania, she suggested to contact the customer service to get further assistance since the purchase was a while ago. But Tania turned the wholeconversation into another sale and she assisted to find the right shade for me. Tania recommend another new powder fountain for me. With 30 different shade of this Make Up Forever foundation, she was able to pick the perfect right shade for me with one attempt. When I lined up to meet another associate, Rabia at the counter, she was very nice and taking time to help tracking my purchase record but no result still. She also suggested to call customer service to get further assistance. Both ladies are cheerful and full of characters, I further purchased another 2 items from the counter even with no result getting my powder foundation exchanged. I am a very happy customer w Sephora. I will contact the customer service and hope to get some result soon!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I had a makeup appointment booked for my graduation and received a voicemail asking to call back regarding my appointment 3 days before. I called twice and each time they said that the girl who called me wasn’t available would call me back the next day. She never called back. I had my appointment cancelled 3 hours before it was supposed to happened. Horrible communication and left me last minute with no way to find another plan or book a different service somewhere else.

I saw these skincare products on the shelves, so I decided to buy them. The cashier was very kind and helpful. She absolutely made my day better :)

First time at this location. It's very busy but the customer service is stellar. Went for some leave in products and I had the pleasure of being helped by Rabia (might be spelling it wrong). Very professional, and informative, she was dealing with multiple customers in a very efficent manner. Highly recommend this store for all your cosmetic needs.

Glad that this place is open. They've changed the formula for their in-house foundation and the naming of their colours has changed. Pretty much had to head in to colour match again with my favorite makeup

Sephora might be one of the best stores there.. my wife always gotta go there once everytime we hit the mall. It makes her mall day feel complete.. there is perfect sitting stones waiting outside for you there for you to chill.. if you wanna keep the girls happy, you make sure you go to this store...

I buy all of my cosmetic and skin care products from Sephora at hillcrest mall. So far i’m very happy with my shopping experience. The staff there are always so friendly and helpful!During my recent visit, I noticed a long queue at the checkout counter with only one cashier available. which made me a bit hesitant to stay but then i noticed a cashier named Sahar was so patient while serving each customer with the utmost attention and care.Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Sephora Hillcrest Mall - i always feel so welcome there, their customer service is top-notch. I’m definitely going back! So thank you Sahar as well as the entire team for making my shopping experiences so enjoyable !
