Whatever you may need help with they are their for you right away. So for my first day of training they made it so I am prepared, and have everything and ready to go!

Well , I have met some awesome people here , and some amazing supervisors , but as we say one bad fish can make the river dirty, I never wanted to name someone , but I have to, Lianne who works for Onstar is Racist , she doesn't know how to talk to employees, always screaming and making the good working culture of call center worst for the employees, and everyone knows about it but no one takes action against her . I have worked in many companies all over the world , never seen such a person making the culture toxic , everyone hates her , but no one speaks , this has to change if they want their employees to be there long term, like I said , 99.99 percent of supervisors are awesome , but she. Why they don't take action against her is beyond me. I can go on and on with my experinces but it's not gonna matter as I don't see this changing.

Wife worked for this company for 8 months she never received a single pay stub (which is illegal) she was told in the interview that she wouldn’t work weekends only to find out that her days off weren’t even together but instead would be off one Wednesday and work a “mandatory” 6 day work week… Then when she was told to put in a time off request so we could move she was denied the time off without them EVER messaging or calling her to tell her she had filled out the form wrong and this was over a month of notice… what do they do they write her up instead. Sydney Call Centre is a joke of a company and I will be in touch with the labour board about the pay stub issues because it wasn’t just her they were doing it too.

This company is a rip off just 1 week into the job and I regret applying here they treat their workers like trash and the supervisor are rude especially one named Leanne!! Very rude and Stuck up! Can’t wait to leave this place for good

This company is so disorganized. Ghosted on my first interview, multiple texts to complete the testing which was done 4 times. Had to chase to find out whats going on with my interview. Not interested in working for a company that is this unprofessional and disorganized.

After my first week I would have given a 0 stars. After being placed on another team I can say if you require sales experience and customer service over the phone, it's great and they have the system(s), scripts set for you to succeed. It comes down to you if you are likeable and can think fast on your feet to do well with each call. As supervisors can view everything you do and stop the leads coming to you, and criticize your every move... it's easy for one to be micro-managed or a supervisor to overstep their power. If you do not need the money nor the experience, look elsewhere, if you are looking to work remotely. It is poorly managed as a remote work experience.
