The experience with this company today was very disapointing. There was a mistake on out drop off location on our ticket and we were unaware that it was two cities too early due to my english father buying it for me and choosing the wrong city. when we arrived the driver told us to get lost and that this was not his problem, even after telling him it was an honest mistake and we had no way of getting to the final town. With a half empty bus he abandoned us there with very rude words. No remors, no care for customer service or our well being. Overall some of the meanestand most cold hearted customer service I have experienced.This was the 14:30 bus from montreal-Tremlant on saturday the 10th of June

I had a VERY PLEASANT experience with them yesterday on my trip from Montreal to Ste-Adele. First I was expecting to pay $46 and was only charged $18 - a great way to start a day. Also the driver was both an excellent driver and very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to using their services again soon

Unfortunately we had a less than ideal experience with this bus company on a trip from Montreal to Mont Laurier. Issues started when we arrived at the desk to drop off our bikes the day before the departure, as instructed on the phone by the bus company (additional fee for bikes were all purchased online in advance). The person working at the time was not able to take our bikes unless we payed the bike fee again, so we all got double charged the bike fee.The second issue was when we arrived at our destination, one of the bikes had damage that was clearly caused by mishandling the bike. The handlebar end (metal) was ground down about 1/4 inch. I expect this was likely caused by dragging on a concrete floor (likely when they moved the bike from the storage location to the bus).So far the customer service in response to these complaint has not been satisfactory.

Excellent service. They started at 7:30 AM sharp and reached to Mont Tromblent before time. Also returned in Montreal before time. The bus was clean.

Terrible service! I went for a vehicle inspection and because no one informs you of exactly how to get into the building I was literally 3 minutes late. Receptionist lied to my face and said I was 10 minutes and they were not going to take me. When I showed her that i really was not 10 minutes late she very rudely said I don't go off the time on your only the time on my computer. This is absolutely horrible service. You purposely set your time faster and inconvenience people when they really need things done. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them. There is another vehicle inspection centre less than 1 km away ...

First time taking this bus service and really disappointed. Was 15 minutes in advance of my scheduled time in Saint Sauveur and bus has already come early and had not waited nor even stopped to be relatively on time, despite knowing there was a client who would be there. No phone operators on the weekend, so no one to call about it. Not impressed so far.Ended up chasing the bus all the way to St Agathe des Monts. Eventually the bus driver admitted he forgot to pick me up and apologized. Nonetheless please make sure that clients are picked up at the scheduled time. It's only fair to the people who buy tickets ahead of time and are there when they are supposed to be.

The bus from Saint Sauveur to Laval Cartier was delayed by more than 30 mins. Nobody could communicate the reason for delay or the status of the bus. Very disappointed with the service.

They operate shuttle buses in Mont Tremblant and provide a terrible service. 2 weeks ago they damaged my brand new skis and took no responsibility for actions of their driver.
