As a father to 3 kids under 5, I haven't had nearly enough time to devote to myself and to my well-being. I was feeling stressed and overloaded with the daily routine and couldn't find the time to exercise, sleep right, etc.William helped me work on a schedule that was both feasible and adapted to my already busy schedule with the children. Since my session with him, I've managed to exercise consistently, sleep better, and even added meditation to my routine!His approach to helping sort through my life and ideas made it simpler to visualize and I'm glad that I reached out to him!
