Walmart Photo Centre

Photo center is closed for good. Had to ask customer service to find someone with a key to get my photos.

Very disappointed by Walmart photo service. Since I prepaid online , I went to Kirkland store 2 times but I was unable to have the photo taken! First time I was told the camera is broken. Ok next weekend I came and was told you were running out of paper! And today I called the store and was told your whole system is down. Ridiculous. I will got to Jean coutu or Pharmaprix to have the photo taken, as I cannot wait any longer for my passport renewal! I request a full refund ! Very disppointed and will never use Walmart photo centre again. Btw, there’s no way to voici the concern by email or online chat. Only a telephone number which you put you hold forever

Tried to pick up my photos twice. First time at 4pm and they put a sign at the door saying they were closed. Second time I went two days later, still the same sign and told us to go back in the morning. On google their work hour is 8am to 9pm. But they just decide to close at whenever they want, how flexible is that. Such a waste of time!

Came two days in a row hours before they're listed as closing. Both times there's a sign on the door saying come back at 8am". Until when!? Would it kill them to put a closing time? I just need to pick up photos I already paid for...it should be a two minute process but it's becoming several days of torture"

The walmart photo center is absolute trash, very disorganized. I tried to get my passport photos done (which I paid for in advance online - mistake) 3 times, each time another issue arising: Lunch breaks, ran out of supplies, randomly closed….Really frustrating and could not get a refund on them since I paid in advance. DON’T GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE.

I went in with a stack of old photos to scan, and the Assistant was SO helpful. By directing me to a faster machine and giving me a demonstration she saved me literally hours! And it wasn't even expensive. Very thankful.

Customer service? What a joke !! They don't even answer the phone.

It was a quick in and out...... grabbed a few items emergency rations (Kraft dinner tuna eggs) and was gone.... virtually no line to the self-serve check out.

Absolute joke. I have come on 5 separate occasions trying to pick up a single, simple order. Every time I've come, they are closed with a sign on the door, even though it is the middle of the day during working hours. Don't waste your time here. Print your pictures somewhere else and make them happy; they don't want your business.
