Awesome work, very pleasant

If you're looking for a Body Shop,,, this is the one you want to take your ride to. This is not your typical body shop like Garland, Fix Auto, etc, who will just bolt on new parts,,, these guys do REAL body work, and will rework the existing parts saving you a ton of money. What other shops told me could not be done, Bob made it happen, and he made it happen in 3 days. Very impressed with the work, very impressed with the price, and extremely impressed with the overall service. Like I said, if you want a body guy, take it to Bob Piccott.

I dropped off my vehicle, was told it would take 1 week, and I got it back about 3+ weeks later. Each time I called to see if the work was done, I was told they need more time with it OR worse, they told me they moved me to the back of the line for another customer. The work I requested to be done was to replace the rocker panels and sand ALL of the small areas of surface rust & paint them. I took pictures of rust spots and showed them what needed done. This included spots above the windshield that from my view looked small.When I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle, I noticed bubble spots of rust on my windshield area that were supposed to be fixed. That’s all good and done he says. Don't worry about the twisted rubber, that seal is good. The next day, there’s frost and water on the inside of my windshield. The rubber and glue he used on the windshield was twisted and not installed properly. This body shop missed more than one spot of rust that I requested to be fixed and they jacked up my windshield that I had to pay to get fixed.This was the supposed rust repair to the windshield.
