Today I had to use the services of New Canadian Medical Transfer to go The Guelph General Hospital for an appointment at the Breast Assessment clinic. The wonderful crew delivered me safely and on time for my appointments. Not knowing when I would be finished, I called when I had completed all my procedures and they were back in less than an hour to take me home. The crew were professional and compassionate. Thank you for making my day less stressful.

I was transferred to Freeport hospital to Grand River hospital for a ct-scan. The drivers Seth and Owen went waaaay above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

This was the first time I used the NCMT services. The experience was both empathetic, and exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make my mom feel respected, cared for, and safe throughout the transfers. Very friendly and respectful when they entered my home and took the time to show us the way at the hospital. They were on time for the pick up at my home and the hospital. High praise all around.

Had a wonderful service of moving my 93 year old Mom to the local hospice. The 2 very young men were kind and compassionate with her. They had to deal with a too small elevator, narrow doorways and a front door exit that was down about 6 steps due to work being done at the back door, but they did it. Great service! New Canadian medical transfer has superior service and excellent vehicles for transport. I've been in many transport vehicles in the last year and a half and they are superior over all their competition. Ryan and Rob went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to make sure I had everything I needed, and I thank them both very much for all their kind and considerate care.

Hi there. My name is Kathleen. I am immobile and I have a service dog. They always ensure my safety, my service dog's safety and my daughters when they accompany me on my appointments. Toni the manager has always been 100% consistent, extremely supportive, safe and reliable. His crew are absolutely phenomenal. They are always providing accessibility with myself and my daughters being Deaf. He always makes me feel like a human being which as I can say far more than society does that is for sure. They go the length, distance and whatever it takes to surpass the call of duty of their job. We feel safe and secure using their services and considering my apartment doesn't have stairs and at one point my daughters had to carry me over their shoulders it's a welcome relief. Being only 94 lbs it was still dangerous and a fall risk for my kids. Toni and his staff are trained, hold up excellent conduct and are amazing to work with. PS. We always try to spoil the staff too! Tim Horton timbits and bottled water. We appreciate everything you do for us guys. Sully my service dog loves you too! At any given day I would know these people if I needed services that wasn't planned they would go thru hoops to try and fit me in their hectic schedules. Keep up the excellent job! Don't allow others who like to cause chaos, complain and be vindictive drag you down. Your reputation proceeds itself with your clients.
