As an organizer, the key to a good event is flexibility, especially beacuse something won't go to plan. Chris and the staff were professional, service and solutions oriented with our needs and provided pragamtic adabtability during crunch time with fair and transparent billing. I 've had the opportunity to also see him and team (& their inventory) at a half dozen other large-scale & community events, where they were providing the same level of service. I used custom event rentals for a party at my house this July and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Ontime, professional, and super friendly this team is the real deal... not to mention how beautiful the product rentals are!!!! Stunning!!!I made an error in my order and accidentally ordered tables instead of a bar and even though it was completely my fault the team bent over backwards to get us the bar I meant to order in time for our party....it was a quick turnover time but Chris made it work- saving us so much stress and worry!I would trust this Chris and his team with any event- wedding, corporate event, party, whatever.
