The Print Shop

Maria from The Print Shop was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond when I was in a pinch to get a bid document printed and delivered in Lac La Biche. I would definitely call them again and absolutely recommend them.

Super service. Called in looking to have a package printed off, prepared, and delivered. The Print Shop did exactly that for a reasonable fee with excellent communication along the way. Highly recommended.

Friendly and knowledgeable with fair prices, a great shop for people working out of town needing office services.

While they do a great at printing, they do not own up to there mistakes and make the customer pay for their mistakes....I had an item printed with they did not ask me anything about print orientation. They sent me the proof but the proof in no way showed print orientation. They printed them, I picked them up and when I went to work my coworker noticed they printed them one side right the other side upside down.I went back to ask them for them to redo them, I was blamed and told it is my fault that they printed them that way. Like a person would ever read a book that way or an invite or card that way. She argued with me and would not stop to the point I said we are not going to agree on this but I need this done so it is what it is. I argued about paying at all but wanting them printed I didn't have a choice. I said get me a quote and gave them a whole week to reprint.They printed them and my fiancée went in to deal with it. Well that was another issue. They told him I was happy to pay and would not give him anything unless he paid. They still see themselves as in the right. We really had no choice only place to get it done and wedding in 2 weeks. We paid but as she says that I was happy to pay that is ridiculous I said fine whatever I need it done. That is certainly not me being happy....just terrible service. I hope the new owners don't learn from them and give better customer service.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!Had a simple decal job on my trailer and when I arrived for installation not only did he get the color wrong he refused to admit he had done anything wrong that it was my fault for not receiving the right proof. I didn't say anything and later when I came back to pick it up not only was it not ready but looked horrible like a toddler had put it on. There were wrinkles all over it and they said it was a new system they decided to experiment on my trailer to see if they could go right over top of the rivets....they couldn't and still charged me the extra time it took to fix it and even then it looked bad. Cant say enough bad things about them but the bottom line is NEVER deal with Marvin Strauss. Customer satisfactory are not words that exist in his vocabulary.Try Budget Printing they're located in Edmonton but make much nicer designs, do better work, make you feel like a valued customer, and most importantly save you money. Also the Athabasca Sign shop is loads better than this dump.
