We love this store and think the owners are two of the most enthusiastic and passionate individuals we have ever met. They are incredibly insightful and caring. We have also had a number of clients utilize their services for their in-home tank setups, and they were quite pleased. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a mystery snail here in November. Two months later, she laid eggs. Before letting the clutch hatch, I contacted the staff at Into the Blue who said they would take the hatchlings. Only six grew large enough and when I took the first three in, the person who helped me was wonderful. He showed me where they would be living and made rehoming my snails a little easier.

This is hands down the best fish store I’ve ever been to in the entire country. I have interacted with several employees and every single person is so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. I’ve also been dealing with Derrick, one of the co-owners and he is really what every local business owner should be like - you can tell he really values his customer relationships. They have great equipment for sale, lots of extremely healthy fish and corals, give great advice, have competitive prices, and their business practices are very sustainable. What else could you possibly want?! They’re the main reason I got back into this hobby after I stopped 8 years ago. I highly recommend you pay a visit!

Absolutely fantastic hospitality by staff and owners. Truly an awesome experience - and an example of how a business should be run. Purchased some fresh water fish which I know they don’t have a lot of as they specialize in salt ecosystems. But to know you can order almost anything through them gives a peace of mind that I’d rather spend in a friendly store than roll the dice on Kijiji. Great stuff A+

the people who work at this place are absolute saints when it comes to helpful advice and making sure you leave the best fish parent you can be :) i came in last year with the intentions to buy from them for the first time ever (took home some plants and 2 shrimp) and roughly 3 months later i have a thriving 10 gallon planted tank with some adorable bonus snails and a very spoiled family of shrimp :) also as a massive bonus their fish are ethically sourced so even if im not brave enough to venture into saltwater aquarium territory i know i can window shop without worries :D
